At Hanf Museum (the hemp museum), interested visitors get a full picture about the controversial plant. Hemp is represented in all its applications and social contexts objectively and without prejudice.

Following a general introduction, the exhibition begins with hemp plants, the processing and uses of hemp from a historical perspective. For medieval farms, hemp cultivation was absolutely common and the products were also essential for building sailing ships. Besides explaining the extensive use of hemp in our history, the exhibition also points out areas in which hemp use is extremely beneficial today and what possibilities existed if agriculture and industry would use the plant on a larger scale.
