Alexanderplatz is one of the most frequented places in Europe. Briefly referred to as “Alex” by Berliners, it is dominated by the television tower and flanked by the Rotes Rathaus, the City Hall and seat of the Berlin Senate. “Alex” is one of the landmarks of Berlin and just a few minutes from Nikolaiviertel. TV Tower and the World Clock, crossroads of several subway and commuter rail lines, Regional Station – at Alexanderplatz it’s all coming together. Located in the city center, you’ll easily get there by public transport or by car.
