Festival of Lights 2023 all over Berlin – and of course in multiple locations in Nikolaiviertel

A wonderful tradition since 2005: all over the city, special buildings, squares and monuments are transformed into unique light art. Under the motto “COLOURS OF LIFE” the spectacular light installations enchant the Brandenburg Gate, the Berlin Cathedral, Bebelplatz, the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz and many other places.

We are excited that the Nikolaiviertel will be part of the festival again this year: with a video staging at Spandauer Straße, the former location of the department store “Kaufhaus Israel”, in the Strasse am Nussbaum, in Propststraße,  Poststraße in front of the restaurant “Fischer & Lustig”, next to the church and of course on Nikolaikirchplatz, this time with an illumination of the Wappenbrunnen.

What a great opportunity for an evening stroll through the romantic Nikolaiviertel.
